My Nutrition Advice; "Even though nutrition plays the lion's share when it comes to weight loss and reshaping your body, it can't do it alone. If you are just using nutrition to achieve these goals, then you need to be 100% on point. If, like me, that is just not the type of person you are, then using different non-nutrition-based tools can be of help."

My Exercise Tip; "We can think of many reasons why we shouldn't exercise. Time, energy, enjoyment. To name just three. But instead of focusing on reasons why not, focus on how to get the best results with a minimal amount of time and fuss. Then you can get on with the things you enjoy giving time and energy to."

My Lifestyle Suggestion; "Who doesn't want to live longer? But should the question be, who wants to live healthier? No point in living longer if your health is poor and you are suffering. Instead of thinking of life span, start thinking of healthspan."

My Habit-Building Advice For The Week;

"The skill to achieving any health goal is your ability to consistently perform the actions needed to achieve that goal. No matter how good your health plan is, if you can't consistently do it, then it won't work. So make habit consistency as easy as you can. Don't overcomplicate it."
