I’m Chris Deavin and for more than 20 years I have been helping people turn good intentions into real, lasting change.

I did not start out as a “behaviour change coach.” Back in the late 90s, I was a personal trainer. I gave people tough gym sessions, a bit of nutrition advice and sent them on their way. They felt great for a week or two and then life got in the way.

That is when I realised the real challenge was not knowing what to do. It was actually doing it and keeping it going when the novelty wore off. So I shifted my focus. I studied how habits form, how personality shapes consistency and what makes change actually stick in the real world.
