Myhealth Blog: How To Stay In Shape When Busy

Hi and welcome to this week's 50 & Beyond Health & Wellbeing blog. Each week I will provide you with knowledge, tips, advice and recommendations to inspire you to sustain good metabolic health specific to being over 50. Chris Deavin, myHealthCoach

My Nutrition Advice; "The best way to plan your nutrition is not to have a plan that focuses on a particular outcome but can handle uncertainty which your environment will throw up. Is your nutrition plan flexible for that uncertainty?"

My Exercise Tip; "To make sure any exercise plan is a success, place value on just doing something. Even a five-minute workout or a short walk can reset your mood and benefit your body. Just move."

My Lifestyle Suggestion; "So much thought is put into whether you will succeed, which can cause paralysis. The question shouldn't be, ‘Will I succeed?”, but rather, “What should I attempt?”

My Mindset Recommendation; "One of the common things when it comes to not succeeding is overproducing. Something is always lost when you value quantity over quality. Use your time to produce more quality, not just more stuff."
