Workout Of The Week: Fitness Challenge No.4



This weeks Workout Of The Week is one of the fitness challenges my clients do to see how much progress they have made over the last year.


Complete 5 rounds of the following circuit while performing 60 seconds per exercise. Add up the number of reps you complete in 20 minutes.


Hand Release Push Ups

Squats

Dumbbell Overhead Press M: 8kg F: 5kg

Walking Lunges
