Myhealth Blog: How To Become Exercise Consistent

Hi and welcome to this week's 50 & Beyond Health & Wellbeing blog. Each week I will provide you with knowledge, tips, advice and recommendations to inspire you to sustain good metabolic health specific to being over 50. Chris Deavin, myHealthCoach

My Nutrition Advice; "One of the best things you can ask yourself about your nutrition is “How is this working for me?” If you are unhappy with the results it gives you, change it. Don’t go by what you are told about nutrition. Go by what your nutrition is telling you."

My Exercise Tip; "You will only achieve the fitness and strength you want if you stay in the game. No one has achieved a high level of fitness by tapping out and sitting on the sidelines."

My Lifestyle Suggestion; "You will only achieve happiness if what you believe in is in tune with what you do. You will only be consistent with your habits and actions if you believe they are worth doing. "

My Behaviour Recommendation; "How to simply shift your mindset; “I’m not hurting, I’m healing”. “I’m not losing, I’m learning”. Not everything will go to plan. Negative mindsets make them more challenging."

Struggling to stay consistent. Here are three ways I can help;
