This weeks Workout Of The Week is based on maximum strength.


Perform 5 rounds of the following exercises, and perform each exercise to fatigue (when you physically can not perform another rep or second):


- Lat Pull Down

- Jump Squats

- Push Ups

- Kettlebell Stationary Lunges

- Plank

- Squat To Overhead Press


Record the number of reps you complete over the whole workout.
