Workout Of The Week: Emma 2.0



This weeks Workout Of The Week is based on strength intervals and focuses mainly on rotation.


Complete 8 rounds for the following circuit, performing  20 sec work : 10 sec rest for each exercise. Try and complete 8 rounds without having a break:


- Lunges with Rotation


- Russian Twist


- Squat to Overhead Press with Rotation


- Crunch with Rotation


- Push Up with Rotation


- Cable Wood Chop
