My Nutrition Advice; "No matter how good your nutrition is if your digestive system is compromised then your body's ability to absorb good nutrients is harder. And with consuming less high-quality nutrients your immune system is also compromised."
My Exercise Tip; "Many people think that exercise is only good for making you look better. But as we get older we start to look for more benefits from exercise than just looking good. We also want exercise to make us feel good and age well."
My Lifestyle Suggestion; "As we age we notice more the decline in our health more so than we were younger and feeling invincible. And getting and staying healthy is harder as we get older. So, look for easy things to do that deliver the biggest changes to your health."
My Habit-Building Advice For The Week;
"Habit forming and maintaining are all about how consistent you can become in following your set habits. We are always more consistent in our actions if what we are doing and wanting to achieve is of great value to us. Our actions always reflect what we value the most"
