My Nutrition Advice; "One of the most common goals I work with clients on is reducing their body fat. Some would say it's my bread and butter. What I try to do differently tho, is to improve each of my clients' health first. By doing that, fat loss is a guarantee."

My Exercise Tip; "Sometimes trying to exercise is just too difficult. You know by doing it, you will feel better, have more energy, and become stronger. But life just gets in the way. Life always just keeps throwing up obstacles. You just need to find a way over or around those obstacles."

My Lifestyle Suggestion; "It is not possible to live a perfect life. You are going to get things wrong sometimes when it comes to your health. But we do learn over time that certain things just don't help. Start by trying to minimise them first before taking on a new healthy habit."

My Habit-Building Advice For The Week;

"Whenever we try something new (which comes from setting a goal), there will be a period of discomfort that comes with that change. Your ability to ride out that initial discomfort will determine if you achieve your goal or not. So any new health habit needs to start with the right mindset."
