Hi and welcome to this week's 50 & Beyond Health & Wellbeing blog. Each week I will provide you with knowledge, tips, advice and recommendations to inspire you to sustain good metabolic health specific to being over 50. Chris Deavin, myHealthCoach

My Nutrition Advice; “What foods are you willing to overeat? What foods do you care less about? The answers to these questions will determine whether your nutrition will enhance or diminish your health.”
My Exercise Tip; “One of the many gifts of staying fit is how it helps you overcome physical challenges and reduces your fear of failure. The stronger and fitter you are, the more confident you become.”
My Lifestyle Suggestion; “What you end up achieving in your life is the balance of the productive and unproductive forces in your life. Spend more time thinking about how you can reduce friction instead of increasing effort.”
My Behaviour Recommendation;
“Every action you perform is paid for at least three times. First with money/effort, secondly with the time you spend doing it, and third with the reputation you create through your behaviour in performing that action. Your actions say a lot about who you are and how the world sees you.”
Struggling to stay consistent. Here are three ways I can help;
