Worried About Sharing Your Health Information? Read This Before You Fill Out Anything Online

Let’s be honest.
Filling out an online health form can feel… uncomfortable.
You hesitate.
You hover over the button.
You wonder:
“Who is going to read this?”
“Is my information really private?”
“Am I about to be pulled into some sales funnel I never asked for?”
These concerns are valid.
In fact, they are more common than you think.
So instead of brushing them aside, let’s talk about them openly.
Because trust is not assumed.
Trust is earned.
1. Only One Person Reads Your Assessment. Me.
There is no assistant scanning your answers.
No sales rep reviewing your details.
No marketing team analysing your struggles.
When you submit the Healthy Habits Assessment, it comes directly and privately to me.
Just me.
Why?
Because if you are going to share something as personal as your challenges with energy, weight, strength, stress or consistency, the least you deserve is the certainty that it will be handled with care.
You are not a “lead”.
You are a human being.
And humans deserve confidentiality.
2. Your Information Is Protected. Fully. Properly. Legally.
The assessment is GDPR compliant, securely stored, and never shared with anyone outside my coaching practice.
No selling.
No forwarding.
No third parties.
No hidden agenda.
Your details remain exactly where they belong, in a private space reviewed only by the person supporting you.
You can request deletion at any time.
And it will be done.
No questions asked.
Think of this assessment as a private conversation, not a marketing transaction.
3. You Will Not Be Hammered With Calls, Emails or Pressure
This is an important one.
You will not suddenly find yourself chased across the internet.
You will not get a stream of sales messages.
You will not be pushed into a call.
You will receive a simple confirmation email.
If the programme feels aligned with your goals, I may invite you to a completely relaxed Discovery Call.
No pressure.
No persuasion.
No guilt.
Just clarity and conversation.
If it is not the right time, you walk away with helpful insights and next steps you can apply on your own.
Not everyone joins the programme.
But everyone leaves the call with value.
4. Why the Assessment Exists in the First Place
The purpose is not to sell you into anything.
The purpose is to understand whether we are a good fit before you spend time, energy or money.
Coaching only works when the alignment is right.
And the assessment helps both of us see that clearly.
It tells me:
• what you want
• what you struggle with
• what habits feel difficult
• what support you need
• whether the timing is right
• whether the programme can genuinely help
It protects you from investing in something unsuitable.
And it protects me from taking on someone who is not ready.
This is not about convincing.
It is about clarity.
5. The Question People Rarely Ask but Should
Before you share anything online, ask yourself:
“Does this coach treat my information like data or like a person?”
Because you deserve more than privacy policies.
You deserve respect.
The assessment process was built on exactly that, respect, transparency, and the simple belief that trust begins long before coaching does.
A Final Word
If you are exploring the W.I.S.D.O.M Programme, your privacy matters.
Your comfort matters.
Your pace matters.
The Healthy Habits Assessment is not the start of a sales pipeline.
It is the start of a conversation.
A human one.
And whether you move forward with me or not, you will always be met with honesty, transparency and respect for your autonomy.
Whenever you are ready, the door is open.
