Workout Of The Week: Jennifer

This weeks Workout Of The Week is based on overall body strength, using kettlebells.

Complete as many rounds of the following circuit as you can in 20 minutes:

10 x KB Deadlifts

10 x KB Bent Over Rows

10 x KB Lunges

10 x KB Swings

10 x KB Overhead Press

10 x KB Goblet Squats

(if kettlebells are not available then use dumbbells)
