My Nutrition Advice; "Every time we go out to eat, or we go and buy the weekly shop, we are bombarded with what we should eat, what savings we can make from buying certain foods and advertising that is designed to persuade us into buying food that is low in nutrients but high in profit for the food companies. How do you resist such bombardment?"



My Exercise Tip; "Staying on top of exercise can be just as challenging as the exercise itself. No one, including the world's top athletes, can always be on top of it. We all will fall off the exercise wagon at some time. It is how you get back on the wagon that will make the difference."



My Lifestyle Suggestion; "One of the most common things I hear from my clients if they were unable to do what they said they would do, is that they didn't have time to get it done. The thing is, we always have the time for the things we value the most."




My Habit-Building Advice For The Week;

"There is a lot of information out there about what healthy habits you should follow or stop following. Either to do with nutrition, exercise or stress and sleep. But not a lot of focus on learning how to be habit consistent. It's not what you will do that will make the difference, but your ability to keep doing it time after time."
