My Nutrition Advice; "The best foods to have are foods that are as natural as if you found them in the wild. But even among natural foods, there are some that just pack more benefits than others. These types of foods have been coined 'superfoods. But are they really super or just a marketing gimmick to get you to buy them?"
My Exercise Tip; "One of the biggest barriers I have experienced in coaching clients is getting them to lift weights. Even with overwhelming evidence that one of the most important things you can do as you age is to stay strong. People really struggle to do some form of strength training consistently."
My Lifestyle Suggestion; "Most of us know at least one benefit that we can attain from a good night's sleep. But most people don't say that one of the main benefits is losing weight and getting in shape. Sleep is more powerful in burning calories and lowering our body fat than nutrition and exercise combined."
My Mindset Building Strategy;
"It is hard enough trying to change eating habits, exercising more and getting to sleep on time. It is even harder when you yourself end up doing things that sabotage your efforts. Why are you doing that? What do you need to do to stop yourself?"
