myHealthCoach is a health performance coaching practice run by Chris Deavin. This website provides information, education and coaching-related content, including the W.I.S.D.O.M. framework, the PerformanceSpan material, insights articles, a podcast and a free self-assessment. By using the site you agree to these terms.

myHealthCoach provides health, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour-change coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition, symptoms that concern you, an injury, are pregnant, are taking medication, or are unsure whether a change is appropriate for you, please speak with an appropriate healthcare professional before making significant changes to your exercise, nutrition, sleep or other health habits. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your doctor without delay.

Health and performance results depend on many factors that are individual to you and outside our control, including your starting point, medical history, consistency and circumstances. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. Case studies and examples describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of your results.

The assessment is a self-reported, educational starting point. It scores six behavioural foundations from your own answers so you can see where to focus first. It is not a clinical, diagnostic or validated medical screening tool, it does not detect disease, and its results should not be used in place of professional assessment or advice.

You are responsible for how you act on information from this site, for the accuracy of what you submit, and for exercising sensible judgement about your own health and capability.

Prices shown on the site describe our current coaching options and are for information. They may change in future for new arrangements; any change applies going forward and does not alter what has already been agreed with an existing client. Coaching itself is provided under whatever is separately agreed between us, and availability is not guaranteed.

The myHealthCoach name, the W.I.S.D.O.M. framework and its pillars, the PerformanceSpan material, and the text, images, podcast content and design of this site belong to myHealthCoach unless otherwise stated. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, resell or present the frameworks or content as your own, or use them commercially, without our written permission.

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including a Google Appointment Schedule for booking, podcast audio hosted by Riverside, and podcast listings on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or remove content and features at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
