Book a call

Let’s talk about what’s getting in the way.

A twenty-minute conversation with me, Chris Deavin. We look at where you are now, what you want to change, and what is actually stopping you being consistent. Calm, practical, and no pressure to commit to anything.

Twenty minutes, online, free. The assessment is optional — but it makes the conversation sharper.

What we’ll cover

Twenty focused minutes

Short, but enough to be genuinely useful. The aim is that you leave with a clearer idea of your constraint and your next step, whether or not we work together.

01

Where you are now

Your current health, training, nutrition and workload — and what you want to be different in twelve months.

02

Your W.I.S.D.O.M. results

If you have completed the assessment, we review your six pillar scores and what they say about where implementation breaks down.

03

The real barriers

Travel, long days, energy, sleep, restarting — we identify what specifically breaks your consistency rather than guessing.

04

Initial recommendations

Practical direction you can act on straight away, focused on the one or two things that matter most for you right now.

05

Whether coaching fits

An honest view on whether one of the coaching levels is appropriate — or whether you can do this on your own.

Where are you starting from?

Both routes are welcome

I’ve completed the assessment

Ideal. I can use your six pillar scores to focus immediately on your highest-priority W.I.S.D.O.M. areas, so we spend the twenty minutes on decisions rather than background.

  • We start from your strongest and weakest pillars
  • Recommendations are targeted at your actual constraint
  • Less time on questions, more on your next step

I haven’t completed it

That is fine — you can still book, and plenty of people do. If you have around ten minutes beforehand, the assessment is the best possible preparation: it gives us both a clear picture before we speak.

  • Free, around ten minutes, thirty questions
  • You get your six W.I.S.D.O.M. pillar scores immediately
  • Not required — book first if you would rather talk

Expectations

What this call is — and what it isn’t

It is…

  • A focused, useful conversation with me directly
  • A chance to get initial personal recommendations
  • An honest assessment of whether coaching suits you
  • Twenty minutes, with no obligation either way

It isn’t…

  • A medical consultation or a diagnosis
  • A full personalised meal and exercise programme
  • A high-pressure sales call
  • A commitment to coaching of any kind

If coaching comes up

Get Back to Health — three levels, one 12-week system

Every level includes the same twelve-week system — personalised plans, a daily action plan, daily accountability and the W.I.S.D.O.M. Programme. The difference is how much live strategy time you have with me. Nothing is decided on the call unless you want it to be.

Foundational — £300

The full twelve-week system and daily accountability, without a scheduled strategy call.

Advanced — £450

Adds a monthly strategy and planning call to reset priorities and plan the next block.

Elite — £750

Weekly strategy and planning calls for the closest week-to-week guidance.

Prices are the total fee in GBP for the full 12-week programme. Monthly equivalents are shown for comparison only — this is a fixed 12-week programme, not an open-ended monthly subscription.

Questions

Before you book

Do I need to complete the W.I.S.D.O.M. Assessment first?

No. You can book without it. If you have a spare ten minutes, completing it first makes the call considerably more useful, because we can start from your six pillar scores instead of general questions.

Is this a sales call?

No. It is a short, practical conversation about where you are now and what is getting in the way. If one of the coaching levels looks appropriate we will discuss it honestly, and if it is not, I will tell you that too.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps to know what you want to change, what you have already tried, and what your typical working week actually looks like. Your assessment results, if you have them, are enough.

What if I am not sure which coaching level I need?

That is a normal reason to book. The levels share the same coaching system and differ in how much live strategy time you have with me, so we can match it to how much support you want.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is health performance coaching, not medical consultation or diagnosis. If anything you raise needs medical input, I will say so and recommend you speak to your GP or clinician.

How long is the call and how does it happen?

Twenty minutes, online. Choose a time that suits you and you will receive the meeting details by email.

Next step

Twenty minutes, and a clearer plan

If you would rather prepare first, take the assessment — it takes around ten minutes and you keep your scores either way.
