Cookies & Browser Storage

• Sign-in session — if you sign in to the private coach dashboard, our authentication provider (Supabase) stores your session token in the browser so you stay signed in. This is only ever set for an administrator signing in; ordinary visitors never receive it.
• Security protection — server requests from the site include a cross-site request protection token so form submissions cannot be forged.

These are required for the site to work and are not optional. They are not used to profile you or to advertise to you.

• First-touch attribution — a single localStorage entry (mhc_first_touch) holding the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, the referring website, and the first page you landed on. It contains no name, email or identifier for you personally, and is never overwritten after the first visit.
• Anonymous journey events — a random session identifier in sessionStorage (wisdom_session_id), used to join up steps such as starting the assessment or clicking a booking link. It is cleared when you close the tab, and is not linked to your identity unless you choose to submit your details.
• Your preference itself — one localStorage entry (mhc_consent) recording whether you agreed, so we do not ask again.

If you choose essential only, no journey events are recorded and no attribution is stored. Everything on the site still works.

• Google Appointment Schedule — the booking calendar on our Book a Call page is embedded from Google and may set its own cookies within that frame under Google's terms. It only loads on that page.
• Riverside — podcast audio streams from Riverside's servers when you press play on an episode.
• Fonts — our typeface (Poppins) is served from this website itself. No font stylesheet or font file is requested from Google or any other font host, so no request carrying your IP address leaves this site for typography.
• Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube — outbound links only; nothing is loaded from them on our pages.

You can clear or block cookies and site storage at any time in your browser settings, and you can change your optional-measurement preference above. Clearing site data will also remove your stored preference, so you will be asked once again.
