My Nutrition Advice; "One of the common mistakes most people make when it comes to good nutrition is not having a plan. Don't leave what you eat down to chance. Impulsiveness is the killer of consistency. Come up with strategies that you know you can repeatedly do."
My Exercise Tip; "The first area I work on with a client with an exercise goal is posture. All movement is affected by how good or bad our posture is. Correcting it will make movement more efficient and reduce aches and pains."
My Lifestyle Suggestion; "Stress is just part of life. You can't run from it, so it is better to look for ways to cope with it. It doesn't have to be hours of meditation. Look for things that relax your mind and get you focusing on things that bring you joy."
My Mindset Advice For The Week;
"We only perform actions that match what we value at the time. If you are feeling low, then eating chocolate can make you feel better. It is hard to say no to something that will make you feel better there and then. But not having the chocolate will mean losing weight quicker. It will always come down to what you value the most."
