My Nutrition Advice; "It’s ok sometimes to deviate from your nutrition habits. Just make sure they don’t become permanent deviations."
My Exercise Tip; "Doing some exercise is more beneficial than you realise. Exercising just for 10 minutes doesn’t seem to be of great value when you see what some people post on social media, but making the most of the time you have to exercise rather than how much time may just surprise you."
My Lifestyle Suggestion; "Ask yourself “What is one habit I have done in the past I would like to reclaim? What current habit would I like to let go?”
My Behaviour Recommendation; "It is not how many days there are in a year, it is how you spend each day that matters. One person can get only a week’s worth of value out of a year while another person can get a year’s worth of value out of a week. "
