How Does The Coaching Work?
My coaching approach is all about helping people become more consistent in implementing the most effective habits to improve their health, fitness and strength.
I will work with you and help you on a daily basis become more consistent through accountability. We will set out a daily plan that you feel is achievable and will help you improve your health. I will then check in with you throughout the day to see how you are getting on with regular reminders.
If you are the type of person who struggles to do what they say they are going to do (this is most people), then having someone hold you to doing what you said you would do is fundamental to achieving the change you want.

What Will I Receive As Part Of The Coaching?

You will have access to your own personal habit-tracking app, where you will be able to track your habit consistency.

Daily workouts which can be done anywhere in whatever time you have, increasing your exercise consistency.

Simple to follow nutrition habits, increasing your chance of sticking to positive nutrition habits.

Personalised nutrition, exercise and lifestyle plans based on your goals. Weekly and monthly feedback on your progress and recommendations for improvement.

Daily contact with your health coach to answer any health questions you may have and hold you accountable when you are struggling to do what you want and need to do.

Tips and strategies to overcome any challenge you might face in staying healthy.

What Will I Need To Do To Get The Most Out Of The Coaching?
I ask anyone I work with to bring a strong reason for wanting to change and become healthier, fitter and stronger.
Without a strong ‘why’ any change will be difficult to sustain.
Each morning you will send me your plan for that day with regard to the actions you are willing to take to achieve your health goals. I will help you set that plan, but you have to take the action of writing it and acting on it.
At the end of each day, we will assess how you got on and recommendations for what to do the following day.
Without having a plan, then we are leaving things to chance. Which then decreases the chance of success.
If you keep turning up each day and are willing to put the effort in, then you are in the best position to get the most out of this coaching and me as your coach.

How Much Will The Coaching Cost?
Depending on where you are currently on your journey to good health, I offer two levels of coaching.
1. 28-Day Habit Coaching. To help you become more consistent in following habits that will help you improve your health, become stronger and get fitter.
2. 12-Week Health Coaching. A comprehensive, personalised health plan that specifically targets your health goals.
