    As we age our flexibility will decrease. Consistently doing some form of stretching and mobility will greatly enhance your mobility and decrease aches and pains.


    It has been shown that just doing as little as two minutes a day of stretching and mobility exercises boosts energy, improves focus and reduces stress.


    In 28 days I will coach you on how to build a stretching routine that is easy to implement and fits in with your daily life. 


    Each 28 Day Habit Plan comes with your own personalised habit tracking app, lessons, tips and advice on how to successfully build a lasting health habit and what you can easily do to lose weight, build strength and get fitter.


    As well as daily reminders and accountability to help you become 100% consistent in doing your habit.
