Do you need a coach

One of the most common things I hear is "I think I am quite healthy?" To know that, you first must know what it means to be healthy.


With over 20 years of coaching experience, I feel I now have a very good understanding of what constitutes good health. And it is very different from what most people think.


Of my clients over the years who have achieved the best levels of health, I have found that they consistently (80%-100% of the time) implement the following healthy habits. 


Simply compare your consistency levels throughout the week to what it takes to achieve the highest level of health and wellbeing and see if you would benefit from hiring me as your health coach.

1. On How Many Days Do You Perform Some Form Of Exercise Each Week (something that challenges you and makes you feel out of breath)?

The healthiest people perform at least some form of challenging exercise on at least 5-6 days a week. You will still improve your health by performing any exercise during the week, but the more often you perform exercise has been found to be more effective then how long or hard you exercise. on overall health.

Nutrition is one of the main foundations of good health. The number one reason for consuming food is for the nutrients it provides your body. Fruit and veg are the best sources of carbohydrates when it comes to nutrient delivery. The healthiest people limit the amount of lower nutrient foods they consume.
