My name is Chris. For the last 25 years, I have been dedicated to helping people like yourself become and stay healthy, fit and strong, both physically and mentally.
Over that time, I have gathered a wealth of experience, knowledge and an understanding of what it takes to overcome poor health, and become healthier, fitter and stronger. It has become even more important now I am over the age of 50.
I have developed a health plan that is specifically for people who are over 50 or approaching 50 and who want help, support and guidance in what it will take to become and stay healthy and strong, both mentally and physically, at this stage of their life.
My 50 & Beyond Health Plan is ideal for the following people:

Hi and welcome to my 50 & Beyond Consistency Club. Over the many years of coaching different clients with different goals, the one trait that has stood out between the clients who have achieved amazing health results and the clients who don’t is their ability to perform the right actions over and over again consistently.
The more consistent you are in doing the right things, the better results you will see. To help my clients become more consistent and successful, I set up this club to help them become more accountable and be part of a community of like-minded people.
The success of the club is the accountability it provides in helping members stick to the health actions they say they would do. Being part of something has been shown to increase your chance of success significantly.
