Step 2: Get professional help to discern what nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits & behaviours you should follow.

Book a free one-to-one health consultation to discuss the findings from your health questionnaire in more detail. And receive a detailed health plan on what you need to do to achieve your health goals. 

Step 3: Choose the right coaching package that matches your goals.

My coaching packages cover the following areas; nutritional, physical, regenerative, and mental health.


Each package includes a personalised nutrition, exercise and lifestyle plan, daily communication, weekly and monthly health reports and most importantly someone to keep you accountable in doing what you say you are going to do.
