28-Day Habit Challenge

Welcome to my 30-Day Habit Challenge. From working with 1000s of clients over the last 20 years, I have found that the number one thing that separates people who achieve their health goals from people who don't is the ability to consistently follow the right habits. 

Building consistency is a skill. A skill that takes time and patience to build. Over 30 days, I will help you develop that skill to become someone who can consistently follow healthy nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits.

How To Start Your First 30-Day Habit Challenge 

Step One: Choose A Healthy Habit

Either choose one of the following healthy habits or let me know a specific healthy habit you would like to follow and I will add it for you to track.

​Recommended daily nutrition habits;

  • No sugar

  • No grain

  • No processed food

  • No alcohol

  • No eating between 8pm & 8am

Recommended daily exercise habits;

  • At least 8,000 steps

  • Some form of strength training

  • At least 5 minutes of stretching and mobility exercises

Recommended lifestyle daily habits;

  • Going to bed at the same time each night

  • Turning off all electronics one hour before bed

  • Finding time to relax and de-stress

Step Two: Choose A Level Of Consistency

 

Level 1:

15 out of 30 days following the nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits of your choice.

Good for people who struggle to stay consistent and want to make sure they succeed in keeping to their habits 50% of the time. 

Level 2:

 

20 out of 30 days following the nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits of your choice.

Good for people who have some level of consistency but struggle to sustain 3 days in a row at any one time. 

Level 3:

 

25 out of 30 days following the nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits of your choice.

Good for people who have already developed a good level of consistency but fail 1-2 times per week.

Level 4:

 

30 out of 30 days following the nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits of your choice.

Ideal for a person who wants to once and for all achieve the best health results and is willing to do what it takes. 

 

Step Three: Download Your Personal Coaching App

Track your habit(s) progress by logging each day your habit success. Even share your habit success with others to help build motivation and accountability.
